최근 애플과 인텔의 공모 루머를 낳는 원인을 제공하였듯, 보다 강력한 프로세서 개발에 어려움을 겪는 듯 보이는 IBM 에서 무언가 활로를 모색하려고 노력하는 것 같습니다. IBM 내 Quasar 라 명명되었던 차세대 컴퓨팅 환경 개발 그룹을 최근 STG 에 합병시키면서, 이제 더이상 구상 단계가 아닌 실행 단계로 접어들었다는 소식입니다. 머지않아 무언가 획기적인 소식이 들려올런지도 모르겠습니다 :-)
